PetitionOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the High Court of Karnataka, its Registry, any District or Sessions Court, the e-Courts project or any government body. Court names appear only to describe the documents PetitionOS formats.
You check every filing
PetitionOS sets the content you enter in a format based on the published rules and observed practice for the filings it supports. Rules, practice directions and registry requirements change, and individual benches or officers may expect something different. The advocate filing a document remains responsible for its content, accuracy, format and timely filing. Always read the final PDF before you sign, print or file it.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that a document prepared with PetitionOS will pass scrutiny, be accepted for filing, or lead to any result in a matter.
